ArtsyPod ("we", "us") is a phone case business based in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you order: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, and what you bought.
- Photos and text you upload for a custom case.
- Your email address if you join our mailing list.
- Messages you send us and reviews you choose to leave.
- Information collected automatically when you browse, such as device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, through cookies and similar technology.
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay or Google Pay.
How we use it
- To print, pack and deliver your order and keep you updated.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims.
- To send marketing emails if you've signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with Only the services that help us run the store, such as Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, Australia Post and other couriers, our email and review apps (SendWILL, Judge.me), and analytics and advertising services (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Mixpanel). Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure visits and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Your choices and access You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email Hello@artsypod.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
