About us These terms apply when you use artsypod.com or buy from ArtsyPod, a business based in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. Contact: Hello@artsypod.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products Our cases are printed to order. We show product photos and mock-ups as accurately as we can, but colours can vary slightly between screens and printed cases. Please check your iPhone model before ordering. You can find it in Settings › General › About.

Prices and payment Prices are shown in Australian dollars. ArtsyPod is not registered for GST, so no GST is included or charged. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we'll contact you before we print your order and you can cancel for a full refund.

Offers and discount codes Bundle savings apply automatically to eligible cases. Discount codes can't be combined with bundle savings or other codes unless we say so, and each code has its own conditions.

Custom cases You must own the rights to any photo or text you upload, and it must not include brand logos, copyrighted characters or offensive content. We may decline any design we can't print.

Shipping, returns and warranty See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property Our designs, including artwork by our partner artists, are protected by copyright. You may not copy or reproduce them without written permission.

Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the product, repairing it, or refunding what you paid. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
